The Authority Partnership Platform connects them into a single, coherent system and adds the strategic and commercial layer that turns them into a revenue-generating platform. Crucially, we stay active partners throughout, not just during the build, but long after it is complete.
What does "partnership" actually mean?
It means we have skin in the game. We earn a percentage of the revenue your platform generates, which means our incentive is always your growth. We are not a service provider who delivers and walks away. We open doors alongside you, develop proposals, lead enterprise conversations, and remain invested in the outcome throughout our partnership.
How long does the engagement last?
The active build phase lasts approximately 9 to 12 months. The revenue partnership continues for three years from the date your platform is activated. After that, we discuss what continued support looks like together.
What is my time commitment?
Your involvement is concentrated at the beginning, weekly Story Exploration™ sessions during months one and two, and key review points throughout the book process. Once the platform is live, the commitment is lighter: a monthly advisory session and quarterly MindMixer™ sessions to keep your MindTrust™ current. The platform is designed to work for you, not demand more of you.
Do I need to have an existing audience or platform?
No. Many of our clients come to us without an established platform; that is exactly what we build together. What you do need is genuine expertise, a clear sense of who you want to reach, and the willingness to go deep in the Story Exploration™ process. Everything else follows from that.
What kinds of organizations does the enterprise pathway reach?

Your investment in any prior product is credited toward the Authority Partnership Platform. The work you have already done becomes the foundation we build from; nothing is lost, and nothing needs to be repeated.
How do I know if I am the right fit?
We have a conversation first. The Authority Partnership Platform is not for everyone, and we are selective about the partnerships we enter. Our discovery call is an honest conversation about where you are, what you are building, and whether this is the right vehicle to get you there.
